Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we aim to bring Sash & Sway products to your doorstep.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the shipping fee at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
For orders above $90, we offer free shipping Worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location:
U.S. : 6-8 business days
UK & Ireland : 6-10 business days
Canada: 8-14 business days
International : 10-20 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that link to follow your package’s journey.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are final and non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To begin a return or exchange, simply contact us at support@sashandsway.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days for unworn, unused items. To exchange an item, contact us at support@sashandsway.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you.
